Follow the issue and when you see such project invest in it.
eg: when bitcoin started, there were a lot of issues that were affecting Bitcoin
1) Scalability - #etherreum (ETH) came in
2) Energy efficiency - #cardano (ADA)
3) PoH & PoS - #Solana_Blockchain came into play.
