🚀 Vitalik Buterin has backed the ethOS project!

• Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has donated 199.9 ETH (over $517,000) to the Gnosis Safe contract, presumably in support of ethOS, the first mobile operating system based on Ethereum.

• ethOS, developed by the anonymous creators at Freedom Factory, allows you to write blockchain code and deploy decentralized applications on ETH.

• The project launched in 2022 on select Android devices and plans to expand its hardware offerings this year or next.

• While Solana Saga has already sold 100,000 units, ethOS is just getting started. Both projects could become competitors in the blockchain mobile space.
