Binance is fully acquiring Tokocrypto, after first purchasing a controlling stake in the Indonesian crypto exchange in 2020.

In May 2020, when the investment in Tokocrypto was first announced, Binance purchased a 60% stake in the business, and is now acquiring the remaining 40%
