Telegram founder Pavel Durov detained in France

They say around 8 PM local time, as he was stepping off his private jet on the runway at Le Bourget airport, he was nabbed. The operation was carried out by GTA (air transport gendarmerie) officers.

The 39-year-old businessman was with his bodyguard and another woman. Durov arrived in the country from Azerbaijan. They reports that an OFMIN (small office) warrant was issued against him by the French National Judicial Police Directorate based on a preliminary investigation.
