CHP Applied to the Constitutional Court for the Cancellation of the Cryptocurrency Regulation: Here are the Details
CHP Group Deputy Chairman Gökhan Günaydın announced that they applied to the Constitutional Court for the cancellation of the cryptocurrency regulation.
Günaydın said in his social media post, “We filed an annulment lawsuit with the Constitutional Court regarding the Law No. 7518 on Amendments to the Capital Market Law dated 26.06.2024, published in the Official Gazette dated 02.07.2024 and numbered 32590.”

The Capital Markets Board can decide to remove content and/or block access in a way that will limit freedom of expression,
The crypto regulation that entered into force last month detailed the criteria that crypto asset service providers must comply with to obtain establishment and activity permits, the articles regarding the determination of crypto assets to be listed on the platforms, and the steps to be taken against individuals and institutions operating without permission.
