The Montenegrin Police General Directorate said in a statement on August 19 that a specialized police unit found Ziemian using a fake identity and living in the country's capital, Podgorica. South Korea and Ziemian's home country Poland have issued arrest warrants accusing him of fraud, money laundering and theft. Police said he could face life imprisonment in South Korea.
