🚨 Son Tung M-TP sued for RACA shill

In March 2022, TAD Company signed an image license contract with M-TP Talent Company, with a total value of more than 25 billion VND, for a term of one year.

According to the agreement, singer Son Tung will participate in producing digital content on the RACA platform. TAD Company will create the land of artist Son Tung M-TP on RACA including characters, avatars and virtual items.

When the contract was about to end, the two parties discussed an extension to complete some unfinished items. By June 2023, while the parties were preparing to complete the remaining work to liquidate the contract, M-TP Talent announced its refusal to perform on the grounds that the contract had expired since April 2023.

In August 2023, TAD Company sued M-TP Talent for compensation of 6.7 billion VND for the unfulfilled contract value and was approved by the court.

However, after a long period of litigation, M-TP Talent refused to submit, asking the court to reject the above judgment and surprisingly, 2 days ago the court accepted and "turned around" to cancel the request to force Son Tung to compensate 6.2 billion VND.

At the end of the meeting, TAD Company said it was "quite shocked by the above judgment" and would continue to sue M-TP Talent Company in the near future.
