I don’t have many outstanding resumes, I just want to analyze my experience in Web3.
1⃣ 🌱Web3 career, I thank my benefactor🌱
I come from a fifth-tier city, from an ordinary family. I started working in society at the age of 14. Without any social experience or help, I learned to be a chef, delivered express packages, worked on construction sites, screwed screws, and opened a supermarket. In the end, I worked in traditional industries for ten years and was heavily in debt.
In 2018, the noble person in my life -- my cousin (blockchain programmer)
He introduced me to the exchange (then the very popular CEX) and I became a customer service representative.
Because customer service does not have too many academic qualifications and experience restrictions. I had no knowledge of blockchain and Web3 at the time. But fortunately, I was good at seizing opportunities. During this period, I learned a lot of professional knowledge by myself and did other things beyond my job, such as maintaining customers, learning to build communities, and researching projects. I gradually became a customer service supervisor, then to operations, business, and later to an independent project team, which opened my wonderful Web3 career.
Three years at the exchange opened the door to a new world for me;
I feel like making money is too easy at a certain point in time;
I devoted myself to Web3 and stayed away from all previous circles;
My thinking logic and cognition gradually transformed into financial attributes;
The most important point is that I think Web3 is the fastest opportunity for ordinary people to turn things around, no doubt about it!
2⃣🌱Where is the end point for ordinary people entering Web3? 🌱
Maybe most people join the circle for the same reason as me, just to make money!!!
We don’t have too many unrealistic ambitions.
We are also not capable of changing the processes that affect blockchain.
We just want to take advantage of this window of opportunity when ordinary people still have a blank period.
Work hard to earn your own pot of gold and improve the lives of yourself and your family.

My three years of experience in the exchange has allowed me to see too many people’s joys and sorrows, including myself!
During these three years, I went from having a company in debt to paying off the debt.
I have helped the company manage several projects with a market value of over 100 million yuan in the project team.
And I also got the dividends I deserved. At that moment, I felt more confident than ever in my life!
Wealth gained quickly can be lost quickly!!!
The most popular phrase in our circle at that time was,
The money earned by luck will be lost by strength!
Wealth only briefly encounters me, and then passes me by as I turn around.
When I think back now, I ask myself why I can't hold on to wealth?
The financial knowledge is shallow, the market forecast is inaccurate, and the mindless all-in is a foolish bet;
Blindly arrogant, thinking that the wealth gained through luck is one's own strength;
Being too impatient and not taking the time to calm yourself down will prevent you from holding onto wealth.
Blindly investing in areas that you are not good at, a gambler's mentality;
Looking back at my experience with Web3 over the past few years, I have experienced ups and downs, but fortunately, the only thing that has not changed is my mentality and confidence. A person's material things may be defeated by reality, but confidence cannot. Once you lose confidence, it will be difficult for you to get up, especially for most of us ordinary people!

When you are rich, you should not be concerned about getting rich again next time.
Instead, they use part of their own profits on the premise of ensuring that they do not return home poor.
If you think the Web3 industry is an opportunity, you should first learn how to seize it.
Improve your cognition, enhance your professional knowledge, focus on research in a certain field, and give up fantasies. Other people's sudden wealth is the result of countless experiences and losses. All the invisible efforts are what we need to study and learn!
