The US-based financial services company and bank Morgan Stanley announced to the SEC that there is a $190 million Bitcoin spot ETF under its management. Apart from the $1.5 million ARK Invest and $100,000 Grayscale ETF, the bank has IBIT, which is completely BlackRock ETF.

They sold almost all of Grayscale

Thus, the bank became the 5th institution holding the most IBIT shares. The bank also appears to have sold almost all of its $270 million Grayscale ETF. Morgan Stanley has only $148K in GBTC stock left.

As it is known, in the USA, especially institutional investors have to share at least 100 million dollars of assets with the SEC on a quarter basis.

While it was noteworthy that many corporate firms and organizations preferred IBIT, the BlackRock product among ETFs, the Wisconsin state pension fund also announced in a statement to the SEC that it held IBIT shares but sold the Grayscale ETF.

It is also known that Morgan Stanley recently gave investment advisors, also known as "wire house", the right to recommend Bitcoin spot ETFs.

On Tuesday, it was revealed that there were close to $500 million in Bitcoin ETFs under the management of Goldman Sachs. $BTC
