According to Cointelegraph, the number of Bitcoin ATMs in Australia has increased for 29 consecutive months, reaching 1,359, accounting for 3.5% of the global total. Australia ranks third in the number of Bitcoin ATMs in the world.

According to Coin ATM Radar, there are 1,660 Bitcoin ATMs in Europe, and Australia is about to surpass this number to become the third largest Bitcoin ATM network after the United States and Canada.

The United States has 31,516 Bitcoin ATMs, accounting for 81.3% of the global total. Canada ranks second with 3,027, accounting for 7.8%. North America has more than 90% of the world's Bitcoin ATMs.

There are 38,753 Bitcoin ATMs in the world. As the number increases, the number of Bitcoin ATM scams is also increasing. The US Federal Trade Commission warns that losses from Bitcoin ATM scams will exceed $110 million in 2023.
