According to WuSaid, Interpol has issued a red warrant on behalf of Finland for Hex and PulseChain founder Richard Heart, accusing him of aggravated tax evasion and assault.
A Red Notice is a formal warning to Interpol member countries that a valid national arrest warrant is out for a person. It usually triggers extradition proceedings if the wanted person is being held in another country.
