According to ChainCatcher, South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol's legal advisor, Shin Dong-hyun, stated that if the Constitutional Court needs clarification while reviewing the impeachment case, Yoon Suk-yeol is willing to explain in person.
Shin Dong-hyun said that Yoon Suk-yeol has never contemplated instigating a civil unrest, and therefore cannot agree with the charge of 'insurrection.'
