According to BlockBeats, an Emerson College poll showed that about 19% of American voters have invested, traded or used cryptocurrencies. The survey was conducted on 1,000 registered voters from December 11 to 13.
The survey found that nearly 40% of cryptocurrency users have used it to make purchases. Executive Director Spencer Kimball pointed out that cryptocurrency users are younger and have a larger minority base, showing that they are a diverse political support group.
Additionally, 57% of cryptocurrency users have a favorable view of Donald Trump, and nearly a third of respondents under the age of 40 have used cryptocurrency.
