According to Foresight News, the Al Launchpad CreatorBid on Base was originally scheduled to be sold publicly on Fjord Foundry on December 9, but the sale failed due to issues such as DDoS attacks and circumventing purchase restrictions.
CreatorBid will fully refund legitimate participants’ funds and is working with KYC provider Fractal to conduct AML/KYC reviews of participants’ wallets to ensure that funds are not returned to malicious actors. The team is evaluating next steps for the new token.
Crypto Detective ZachXBT commented that Fractal had previously leaked the KYC of thousands of people, questioning its credibility and believing that the CreatorBid team did not conduct basic due diligence.
