As Cointelegraph reported, monthly NFT sales hit a six-month high of $562 million in November. Still, it has yet to reach the annual high of $1.6 billion set in March 2024.
The reserve price of CryptoPunks rose from about 26 ETH to nearly 40 ETH in November. At the same time, RTFKT, an NFT project acquired by Nike, announced that it would cease operations in January 2025.
RTFKT, which launched in 2020 and raised around $8 million, was acquired by Nike in December 2021. The project will release one final collection before closing.
Yuga Labs has acquired Tokenproof’s technical team, which will join Yuga’s R&D department. The founders of Tokenproof said they have worked with Yuga Labs many times since 2022.
