đ As of November 1, 2024, cryptocurrency mining becomes completely legal in Russia. Registered businesses and individual entrepreneurs will be able to mine. Those who do not exceed the energy consumption limits will be able to mine without registration.
đ Additionally, with a second law that will come into force on September 1, 2024, the Bank of Russia will authorize selected companies to make cross-border payments and stock market transactions with digital money.
