The US presidential candidate Donald Trump confirmed this Saturday that, if he wins the November elections, he will create a national strategic reserve in bitcoin (BTC), including, as part of it, the hundreds of thousands of digital currencies seized for years.
During his participation in Bitcoin 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee, United States, Trump said that, if he becomes the next president of the United States, he will keep 100% of all the bitcoin that the US government currently holds in custody. That is, so far, about 213,000 BTC
