According to Foresight News, Mara Holdings stated on the X platform that it had acquired 5,771 BTC through a 0% convertible note offering at an average price of $95,554 per BTC.
Mara Holdings holds a total of approximately 33,875 BTC, currently worth $3.4 billion (based on the spot BTC price of $99,000).
Previously, Mara Holdings completed the issuance of $1 billion of convertible senior notes with a maturity date of March 1, 2030.
