According to Odaily Planet Daily, the Litecoin X account posted that although Litecoin is one of the oldest and most reliable cryptocurrencies, its achievements are often overlooked.
The new mascot Greg designed for Litecoin was used for "lestercoin" on the Solana blockchain, and Litecoin clarified that it had nothing to do with this.
Litecoin reiterated its goal to become the preferred method for global payments and trading of goods and services, continuing to uphold the philosophy of "Bitcoin is gold, Litecoin is silver".
