According to Odaily Planet Daily, Elon Musk has modified the target of the lawsuit against OpenAI and listed Microsoft as the defendant.
Musk called Microsoft's partnership with OpenAI a "de facto merger" and accused them of anti-competitive behavior.
The lawsuit also names Microsoft board member and former OpenAI board member Reid Hoffman as a defendant.
