Vladimir Avdeev and Sergey Yashchuk are accused of stealing about ~$5.8 million in XRP tokens from the local crypto exchange Coins.
According to the investigation, they were consultants to a platform managed by BETUR and took advantage of their knowledge of the site’s internal network infrastructure and security protocols.
