According to Foresight News, Arkham monitoring showed that the German government address transferred out 2,000 BTC again in the past hour, 375 BTC were transferred to the Kraken address, 1,000 BTC were transferred to the suspected B2C2 Group address, 375 BTC were transferred to the Coinbase address, and 250 BTC were transferred to the address starting with bc1qu.
