The German government is still transferring BTC to the exchange, but the price of Bitcoin rose steadily yesterday. There is a piece of news that the exchange returned part of the German government's BTC because it did not sell it at the prescribed price. This makes sense. The German government is not crazy about poverty. It sells coins based on the price, not directly at the market price, and will not sell them at a low price.
