The week from July 1 to July 7 brought significant losses to the cryptocurrency market. Bitcoin (BTC) led the decline, losing ground under selling pressure. 📉

The total capitalization of the crypto market fell by $140 billion, reaching a minimum since the end of February - $2.11 trillion. Despite the overall decline, some assets showed a noticeable recovery.

BTC started the week with slight gains, however, under selling pressure, the price fell to a 5-month low of $53.485 on July 5, but quickly rebounded.

Litecoin (LTC) also suffered from the market collapse, losing 12.7% for the week.

While Tron (TRX) bucked the overall decline, increasing its value by 3.5%.
