What is WIN? The full name of WIN is WINklink. WIN token is a TRC-20 token running on TRON. WIN token is used to incentivize the participation of developers and nodes. The WIN coin issuance date is 2019-07-30, the issuance price is $0.000120, and the maximum supply is 994,719,859,245WIN. WINkLink is a decentralized oracle network that aims to integrate the real world with blockchain. The project aims to provide a reliable data stream to enable smart contract execution. WINklink Oracle allows developers to connect to any real-world data and connect smart contracts with real-world data streams.

WIN is the platform’s native utility token and has the following use cases:

Node Rewards: Nodes that provide reliable and trustworthy data will be rewarded with WIN tokens.

Network Payments: Developers will pay nodes using WIN tokens for requesting trusted data.

WIN function: creating DeFi products across application scenarios

Financial derivatives

The blockchain derivatives platform obtains the latest prices by connecting to WINkLink to provide reliable on-chain valuations, which helps the platform create synthetic assets, futures or options contracts.

Borrowing

The lending platform obtains the latest prices provided by WINkLink, provides accurate mortgage rates, and performs interest calculations, loan settlements, and collateral liquidations.

asset Management

The asset management platform rebalances the asset ratio by connecting to WINkLink to obtain the latest token prices, thus facilitating DEX to adjust the funding pool.

What can WINkLink do?

1. Integrate trusted price data into DeFi platforms

DeFi applications need to provide prices during token transactions and loan mortgages. With the stable and reliable quotation services provided by WINkLink's price oracle system, developers can build DeFi with confidence.

2. Provide more application scenarios for trusted off-chain data services

WINkLink allows developers to create their own oracle contracts using any real-world data such as sports, weather, etc. and connect your smart contracts with real-world data in minutes.

3. Provide random number generation service

WINkLink provides developers with safe and verifiable random numbers, allowing oracles to meet the random number needs of Dapp applications in different scenarios. The VRF random numbers cannot be tampered with, making the random number results more fair.

4. Accelerate the construction of TRON ecosystem

WINkLink's smart contracts can easily access any data, form a trusted data ecosystem in all walks of life, and give full play to its advantages of fast, stable and low transaction fees to better serve developers and users.

5. The WinkLink network uses WIN tokens to pay node operators for data acquisition, formatting, off-chain computing, and service quality assurance.

WIN is a TRC-20 token. Future plans WinkLink will focus on improving the security and reliability of the oracle.

WIN Verification System

The verification system is responsible for monitoring the behavior of the on-chain oracle and providing users with objective performance indicators. It mainly monitors two aspects:

- Availability: Records instances where the oracle fails to respond.

- Accuracy: records the degree of deviation of the oracle's results from other oracles in the network.

WINKLINK-SC can see all oracle activities. The data related to availability and accuracy will be made public on the blockchain. Reputation System The reputation system records the user ratings of oracle nodes and service providers. When evaluating reputation, the verification system's reports play a major role.

In addition, the user's familiarity with the oracle brand, the node operation team, and the infrastructure will affect the reputation of the node. Reputation can be used as a reference for other smart contracts. We also consider calculating reputation off-chain, because more complex calculations can be processed off-chain, making reputation calculation more accurate.

For node operators, the reputation system includes both metrics broken down by task type and metrics that combine all task types:

- Assigned Requests: Total number of requests (completed and uncompleted) that have been assigned in the past

- Completed Requests: Total number of completed requests

-Accepted Feedback: The total number of requests that were completed and whose results were adopted

-Average response time: the average value of the response time

- Penalty amount: The oracle needs to pay a deposit to ensure the quality of service. This records the total amount of penalties imposed on the oracle, including corresponding timeouts and wrong results.

The reputation system can motivate oracle service providers to maintain high-quality services. We hope that the reputation system can become a benchmark for users to choose nodes and services.

WINKLINK authentication system

WINKLINK's nodes are at risk of being attacked by a Sybil. In this attack, an attacker attempts to dominate the oracle pool by manipulating multiple seemingly independent nodes. These oracles may be manipulated to provide incorrect data at specific times to manipulate large transactions in high-value contracts. In addition, a Sybil attacker can reduce the cost of the attack by using mirroring, which is to obtain data from the same data source multiple times and pretend that it is obtained from multiple sources. Regardless of whether the attacker sends incorrect data, they will benefit from the attack.

The certification service is based on the deployment and operational behavior of the oracle node. It will monitor the statistics of the verification system and spot-check the results it submits to the chain by comparing them with the results provided by nodes with high reputation.

In addition to measuring reputation and automated anti-fraud systems on and off-chain, the certification system should also be able to identify Sybil attacks and other misbehavior that on-chain systems cannot identify.

Decentralization is the foundation of blockchain, and this also applies to WinkLink. In current and future development work, we will always follow the idea of decentralization to improve the performance and security of the oracle network.
