Additionally, it discusses modifications to consensus checks, networking setups, proposer responsibilities, and verification procedures to accommodate Blob transactions. It emphasizes aligning blob transactions with inclusion lists, proposing new IL blob sidecars, and verifying blob integrity alongside normal transactions. These adjustments aim to seamlessly integrate Blob transactions into the existing framework while maintaining the integrity and security of the network.
