Harsh words from Ripple CEO for Gensler: He is slandering, he should be fired
Brad Garlinghouse, CEO of Ripple, the company behind XRP, again spoke harshly about SEC chairman Gary Gensler. Giving harsh answers to what Gensler said at a conference, Garlinghouse said, "He should have been fired by now. He will make Biden lose the election."
Brad Garlingohuse was added to the list of business people who spoke harshly about Gary Gensler, chairman of the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Ripple CEO responded to some of Gensler's statements on X.
Gensler: Crypto executives are either in jail or waiting to be
Speaking at Bloomberg's Investment Summit conference on Tuesday, Gensler said, “The crypto world is a place where the stars of the past years are currently in prison. "The executives are either in prison or waiting to be imprisoned or extradited to the United States," he said. Gensler also claimed that cryptocurrencies harm the public.
Garlinghouse: He will lose the election
Ripple CEO Garlinhouse stated that what Gensler said made no sense and used the following statements:
It is a great slander for this man, who has overlooked FTX, to say that all crypto managers will go to jail. He was not even invited to the meeting of the US Department of Justice in the Binance investigation. If he were truly asked to work for the American people, he would have been fired long ago. “It will cause Biden to lose the election.”
In recent weeks, famous businessman and one of the owners of Dallas Mavericks, Mark Cuban, also stated that Gensler's crypto steps would cost Biden his loss of the election.
Following these reactions to Biden, another presidential candidate, Donald Trump, started to speak in favor of the crypto world.
