By participating in the Contest, authorship remains with the participant, but the participant acknowledges and agrees that Binance, Pierre Gasly, BWT Alpine F1 Team, Formula 1, and BWT have an unrestricted, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, apply, reformat, modify, adapt, publish, display, broadcast, screen, distribute, communicate, exploit, and commercialize the entry in whole or in part for any purpose at any time in any media format and any media channels, without any further payment or compensation to the participant. Participants agree that any use of their design outside of the Contest is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes.
