Dubbed the ‘Belgian Pulp Fiction’, the movie follows Francis, an accountant working for a shady cabaret in Charleroi who has a strained relationship with his wife Martine. The morning after a heated argument, Francis wakes up to discover a surprise in his fridge. As the story unfolds, the audience encounters a series of eccentric characters.

NFTs in Cinema

In recent years, many Hollywood cinematographers turned to NFTs in a bid to enable fans to interact with their favorite characters. One such example is Fox Entertainment dropping a series of limited-edition Deadpool 2 digital posters in 2019.

The inspiration for the Music Hole NFT collection were the movie’s erratic characters. The deck will feature their original portraits, created by Parisian artists Martin Richard, StĂ©phane Assad and Bechir Jiwee. Co-produced by Paris-based film and entertainment producer Amos Rozenberg, the collection was brought to life by Swiss art gallery NFT SP3CE.

Luc Besson, who co-produced Music Hole, is a French director, screenwriter and producer best known for his films Léon: The Professional, Le Grand Bleu, and the sci-fi action movie, The Fifth Element.
