This year, October brought one of the crypto industry’s most anticipated global events – Binance Blockchain Week – to Dubai. 

Set against the backdrop of the city renowned as a hub for crypto innovation and cutting-edge technology, the event buzzed with energy, insights, and community-building activities. Over two incredible days, thousands of attendees from across the globe dived deep into the latest industry developments and trends.  

A major component of the event’s magic was how it was driven by the dedication and enthusiasm of our Binance Angels – the passionate champions of the Binance community.  

More than 100 Angels from 46 different countries attended the event, with 76 actively contributing to its success. Dubai welcomed Angels from Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America, who infused the crypto community spirit with a truly global flavor.

Binance Blockchain Week’s Guardian Angels

From the very first smile at the doors to every interaction throughout the venue, our community volunteers were the heartbeat of this year’s Binance Blockchain Week. They welcomed attendees warmly, ensured smooth registration, and created memorable moments for everyone.  

The Angels made their presence felt at every corner of the event. They handed out exclusive Binance swag, guided attendees on how to play the exciting BTC Button game and test their endurance at the HODL Bar. Their infectious energy encouraged attendees to capture memories at the Binance Square photo booth, adding a personal touch to the experience.

The crown jewel of their efforts was the Binance Angels Booth. Here, our volunteers shared their experiences of being part of the Binance Angels Program, highlighting its crucial role in building and sustaining a dynamic, engaged Binance community. Through their stories and insights, they offered attendees a deeper understanding of what makes the program such an integral part of Binance’s success as a community-driven ecosystem.

Giving Back to Community Ambassadors

As a heartfelt thank-you for their incredible efforts, we organized a series of special gatherings, giving our community volunteers the chance to connect with fellow Angels from around the world. One of the highlights was a dedicated Angels dinner, where they had the unique opportunity to meet Yi He, Co-Founder of Binance, and Rachel Conlan, our Chief Marketing Officer.

The day was filled with thrilling dune drives, camel rides, and a traditional desert barbecue dinner under the stars.
