Binance Awards 2020 - BNB Chain Wallet of the Year

On Tuesday, July 14, we revealed our 2020 Binance Awards winners live during our “Off the Charts!” Virtual Conference. Here, we spotlight the nominees and winners. 

Please join us in celebrating the BNB Chain Wallet of the Year. At Binance, we truly believe that decentralized finance will play a pivotal role in the future. In order to unlock the mainstream adoption of DEX, a good wallet is one of the most important gateways for our users. We appreciate all 30 wallets who contribute to improving the user experience of BNB Chain! 

The nominee list includes all wallets that support BNB Chain’s mainnet or testnet, whether they’re digital apps or hardware based-wallets. 

Our panel of judges is composed of members from the BNB Chain team, Binance Validators, Trust Wallet, and experts in the DeFi industry. The winner is evaluated based on a combination of factors, including Popularity, Technicality, Originality, impact on the BNB Chain ecosystem, and the wallet’s total daily usage on the BNB Chain.

Congratulations to Math Wallet for winning the BNB Chain Wallet of the Year Award. Math Wallet is a multi-platform (mobile/desktop/hardware) universal crypto wallet that enables storage of all BTC, ETH, BNB Chain, Polkadot, Filecoin, NEO, EOS, TRON,  Cosmos, VeChain tokens, supports cross-chain token exchange, multi-chain dApp store and operates nodes for POS chain. 

Math Wallet stood out for a variety of reasons, including its smooth trading experience for DEX users. According to the Binance DEX statistics, Math Wallet is the most popular wallet, followed by Web Wallet and Trust Wallet. We used identifiers to measure the popularity of each wallet. In addition, Math Wallet has also released an extension wallet and web wallet. Their extension widget supports BNB Chain, so Math Wallet users have complete access to its ecosystem. 

Based on all the factors above, Math Wallet stood out as the decisive winner for this year’s BNB Chain Wallet of the Year Award.
