作为一个初次在Web3创业的新手，我们在研究了链上游戏常用发布方式后，发售了本次HIM：Genesis系列 NFT。本次发售过程中 ，因为对行业理解的缺失，市场人员对营销工作细节把握不足，在社区缺乏快速、有效、透明的沟通。在此期间导致NFT拍卖价格走高，而预计空投比例和NFT价格差距较大，导致对所有持有HIM的Genesis NFT用户带来亏损。同时我们也意识到和用户的沟通没有完整系统的解决，而是在逐个沟通，我们为所造成的困扰和伤害致以最诚挚的歉意。

Regarding some NFT holder's feedback:
1. We are offering the same airdrop terms to every holder for fairness
2. Currently, 14 holders (total 20) have agreed to the terms and received airdrop. And many have publicly supported us.
3. Ongoing discussions are underway with the remaining 6 holders. But again for fairness, we would offer equal terms for every holder.
Exciting milestones are on the horizon, including
1) upcoming new version launches on both Apple and Android platforms;
2) staking activity;
3) we’re actively buying back $AI from the market.
The recent experiences provided invaluable insights, and we want to reassure you of our unwavering commitment to prioritizing the community. Thank you once again for your enduring support. We're excited about the continued journey together.
