Cardano is officially a commodity" - U.S. House What is the FIT21 Bill? How does it affect Cardano? Will price go up now? Let me break down the news for you in the easiest way to understand possible.. The FIT21 Bill (Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act) says that: -Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is in control over crypto commodities -SEC is in control over crypto securities A commodity is considered any crypto where 1 party does not have 20% or more control of the asset. If a party has 20%, or more, control, then it is a security For Cardano this means: It is a commodity due to the SPO process in delegation and hard forks. It should be enforced under the CFTC. Note: I could see a scenario where some legislators view the genesis keys of Cardano as a means for calling it a security, although this can be fixed by the end of Voltaire (many of us agree that SPOs still have to adopt the genesis key changes, so ADA is still decentralized) That's all great, but is this the catalyst for Cardano to reach $10?? I am not sure....what I do know is that BTC has done well being ruled a commodity. It has allowed many more investors to take positions and solidified its place in the overall financial world. I also know that a lot of other blockchains are definitely securities. When Cardano is deemed a commodity, it will put it into a crypto category of its own. I think many more chains will push to be decentralized because of this.

ADA finally broke the resistance at 46 cents and is currently looking primed to move towards 60 cents next. The price increased by 7.5% this week.
The 46 cents level was not yet confirmed as support and this could take place as buyers and sellers test their strength. The overall bias on this action is bullish, but continuation is needed to be confident ADA could retest the breaker block then move higher.
Looking ahead, the momentum favors bulls in the coming days, but don’t dismiss a possible pullback to grab liquidity around 43 cent.

My thoughts on #Cardano $ADA in terms of price action. We are likely here at the yellow arrow, if we compare this cycle to the last. The difference is, we have less fraud (FTX, Luna, Celsius etc.) and we have a better regulatory environment, (MiCA Europe, different US initiatives, ETFs etc). Cardano itself now as DeFi, Dapps, yield opportunities, staking, governance & scalability. Last cycle we just had staking. I believe we will see unprecedented gains in $ADA this time. The daily MACD has turned bullish in the past week, hinting that this cryptocurrency is ready to move higher. A decisive breakout above $54 cents is needed to confirm rally to supply zone.
Looking ahead, XRP has a real opportunity in the coming week to bring back volume and buyers. If successful, the next target will be found at $68 cents.

Imagine having 1 million Notcoin. That's about $37k.

10k notcoin would have amounted to about free $370!

☑️ Due to the incredible number of traders NOT had technical issues in the first hours: the Bybit app and website didn't respond, TG wallet also crashed, and Binance declined some deposits after a compliance check
As I know all these problems are resolved at this moment 👍
☑️ I predicted that the NOT price of the first day would increase 8-10 times from the start. Right now the price has increased 7.5 times, keep watching
☑️ However, the initial price was not equal to the pre-market price but was 10 times lower. I think most people didn't expect this. Thus, people who bought on the pre-market are in the red right now 🤯
