### Spot Ethereum ETF Issuers Disclose Fees and Seed Investments in Latest Filings
Companies vying for a position in the Ethereum exchange-traded fund (ETF) market have submitted updated registration statements at the end of the workweek. These filings provide additional details on seed investments and fees as they await final approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). BlackRock, VanEck, Franklin Templeton, Grayscale Investments, Invesco Galaxy, and 21Shares submitted these updated statements on Friday afternoon. So far, two of the issuers have disclosed their fees.
