According to Foresight News, the Layer 1 blockchain Polymesh has announced the appointment of Bill Papp as its new CEO. Prior to this, Papp held positions at the regulated digital bank Arival Bank, where he served as CEO and a member of the board. He is also a member of the Bretton Woods Committee and has served on the tokenization and stablecoin working group of the Future Finance Group.
Papp has been appointed to several public committees in Massachusetts by Governors William Weld, Paul Cellucci, and former U.S. Ambassadors to Canada Jane Swift, Mitt Romney, and Deval Patrick.
The former head of the Polymesh Association, Graeme Moore, will continue to serve as the head of tokenization.
