According to U.Today, veteran commodity trader Peter Brandt recently sparked a conversation within the Bitcoin community regarding potential price movements and patterns of the cryptocurrency. Brandt also took the opportunity to criticize Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency, in the comments section of his post.

Brandt engaged his followers on a social media platform to discuss a Bitcoin Double Top pattern he identified on a chart. He posed a question to the community, asking if they believed Bitcoin had completed the Double Top. He cautioned that if the answer was affirmative, the minimum price target for Bitcoin could be $44,000, as this is a reversal pattern.

However, in the comments section, Brandt clarified that the Double Top pattern for Bitcoin had not yet been completed as not all conditions for it had been met.

In response to a comment from Ferruh Danaci, founder of Sypheon Online, who criticized Bitcoin and praised Ethereum, Brandt expressed his disapproval of Ethereum using three 'pile of poo' emojis. Danaci had referred to Bitcoin as 'useless' and a 'toy for whales', while he considered Ethereum to be more valuable.

Brandt has been known to primarily support Bitcoin, having expressed his dislike for Ethereum in several tweets earlier this year. Despite his personal preferences, he acknowledged that as a trader, he would be willing to trade Ethereum if it presented a profitable opportunity.
