He stated that Ethereum aims to attract a large number of users, enabling them to benefit from its openness, censorship resistance, and security features. Buterin also shared an optimistic outlook for Ethereum's development, suggesting improvements to past initiatives such as ICOs, DAOs, RAWs, and the social layer to minimize their shortcomings. He encouraged advancing these innovations, allowing Ethereum to support them, and leveraging teams like Taiko to achieve a transaction capacity of 10,000 per second.
