Соль - щепотка
Сода - 1 ч.л.
Масло растительное - для жарки.
Сначала нужно подогреть кефир.
Затем в кефир добавляем сахар, яйцо, соль. Взбиваем венчиком.
Начинаем постепенно, по 2 ст.ложки, подсыпать просеянную муку. Вымешиваем тесто венчиком.
Тесто должно получиться достаточно густым и тяжело падать с венчика.
И только теперь в самую последнюю очередь добавляем соду и еще раз хорошо перемешиваем тесто.
Желательно накрыть посуду с тестом пленкой и оставить минут на 10, чтобы тесто отдохнуло.
Разогреваем сковороду с растительным маслом. Выкладываем тесто столовой ложкой на сковороду.
Жарим до золотистой корочки.
Пышные оладьи на кефире готовы.
