Why Can’t I See My Hashrate on the Binance Pool Statistics Tab

2022-05-13 09:26

If you can’t see your miner’s hashrate under the Binance Pool[Statistics]tab, you may refer to the following:

1. Check whether you entered the correct mining URLs for Binance Pool. Go to[Earn]-[Binance Pool]and click either the[Home]or[Workers]tab to check the mining URLs.

2. Binance Pool uses yourMining Account nameto configure miners. Please check that you’ve entered your Binance Mining Account name instead of your mining wallet address.
3. If this is your first time connecting to Binance Pool, it could take up to 10-15 minutes for the mining data to sync. Please wait patiently and check again later.

4. Check your miners and the mining logs to make sure that your miners are running normally, and the shares have been accepted by Binance Pool.

5. Check that your local network is stable. Network instability can cause your miners to disconnect from the Pool.

6. Check whether you selected the correct algorithm. It should be consistent with your current mining algorithm.
