According to ChainCatcher, Ronin announced on social media that the Ronin zkEVM testnet has been officially launched.

Ronin's L2 journey has officially begun. Users can now access the zkEVM testnet block browser; query RPC endpoints; testnet block browser. More information about the testnet RON, developer documentation, etc. will be released later.
