Hi everyone.. am i the only person that has this binance problem?

Everytime the market gets lively or any time there is a market Pump or market Dump..

My Binance Account does not want to Load. The balance does not want to show and im not able to take any trades. Am i the only person having this problem? ?

Binance made me loose more than 20 trades that would give me 1000% Profit because of this.

We never get the Good entry because everytime market dumps binance does not want to load so i cannot take the Entry at the major market Dump.
