Threat from Russia to France: The reaction will not only be political
An official from the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Russia's reaction would not only be political if France sent military forces to Ukraine.
According to RIA news agency, the Head of the Ministry's European Department, Artyom Studnikov, did not specify what measures Russia would take in such a situation, but said that Moscow warned Paris.
Studnikov added that sending French forces to Ukraine would increase the risk of conflict between the two nuclear-armed countries.
It was previously claimed that the French Ministry of Defense was preparing to send a unit of 2 thousand soldiers to Ukraine.
