According to the form, Fidelity's Ethereum Spot ETF is targeting issuance on the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). In addition, the application also removed all language about the fund, including staking rewards, thereby canceling the plan to bring staking to Ethereum ETF Spot.
