Weak Employment Data: Finally, according to analysts, the weak employment data announced on Friday is likely to force the FED to reduce interest rates in the near future. “Especially ahead of the election, the Fed can respond quickly to signs of weakness in the labor market,” one report said.
Analysts lastly said, "We were waiting for a spark for Bitcoin that would take us out of the stagnation in the narrow range and the heavy price movement in general. This spark was ignited by the developments between the FED and the US Treasury." The combination of these factors is expected to put a cap on yields and the dollar, becoming a strong support for both Bitcoin and the overall risk market.
