Unknown people created a fake ENA token of the Ethena Labs project!
On March 29, 2024, PeckShield specialists reported a security incident with the Ethena Labs project.

According to experts, unknown persons created a fake ENA token on the BNB Chain network. The incident occurred a few hours after the launch pool with the Ethena Labs project was launched on the Binance crypto exchange.
The vulnerability underlying the exploit is still unknown. According to PeckShield, it resulted in the loss of 480 BNB, which is equivalent to $290,000 at the time of writing.
❕IMPORTANT: it is impossible to purchase an ENA token before listing, if someone offers you to purchase a token before listing, they are scammers!
Let us recall that in February 2024, Ethena Labs completed a strategic round of $14 million. It also launched the delta-neutral stablecoin USDe.
At the beginning of March, the Ethena protocol took first place in terms of profitability among decentralized applications (dApps). It offered users 67.2% APR when staking in the USDe stablecoin.
