Donald Trump considers Bitcoin a form of currency
When asked how he viewed cryptocurrency, Trump reiterated: “Well, it has taken on a life of its own.” He added: “Sometimes I do small things for fun and… make money from it but I also have fun with it.”
The former US president added: “A lot of people bought these… The last pair sold for $450,000, people went crazy for these sneakers… Every one of my friends called me to buy one sports shoes. That's why it took off.”
“And I noticed that a lot of them were paid in new money, which is a new cryptocurrency, and I couldn't believe the money,” Trump noted. Bitcoin News recently reported that Trump's cryptocurrency portfolio has seen significant growth due to the increased value of ether (ETH) and maga (TRUMP) coins.

🔹This is the first time in history that Bitcoin has reached a new all-time high before the halving.
🔹However, caution is advised as there are a significant number of open long positions.
🔹There is a possibility that the price will drop to around $65,000 to $63,000, which could lead to liquidation of long positions.
