It is reported that the standard upgrade process is to first conduct a Regolith hard fork on Optimism Goerli, and after the audit is repaired, conduct a 2-week test on the test network. Only after the test network stability standard is met, the Optimism Foundation will announce the upgrade date, at least 3 weeks after the release date.
