Holders of YogaPetz NFTs can take care of their health and wellness through breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, and restful sleep to collect WELL tokens, which they can redeem for benefits such as resort stays and spa services from YogaPetz partners, such as the Sweet Atlantic Hotel and Spa in Portugal or the Malibest Resort in Malaysia.
Inspired by his own battle with cancer, YogaPetz co-founder Kin-Fung Man wants to create a full-stack ecosystem that helps people prioritize their health and be rewarded for it, and the team reportedly plans to develop a mobile app and web platform so that holders can check in anytime, anywhere and collect tokens as a reward for their commitment to their well-being.
Genopets
Launched on the Solana blockchain in April 2022, this collection of mythical animal avatars is a launchpad for mobile earning games, and holders are encouraged to stay active, evolving their Genopet avatars through in-game experiences and through interactions.
Genopet players can "terraform" in-game habitats by minting or breeding them, and can sell or lease them to other players, which will enable them to generate in-game utility tokens or mint additional NFTs to enhance their gameplay. Genopet players can also challenge each other to battle in cognition-based mini-games for additional rewards.

Go!Bots Health Heroes
The Go!Bot series originates from the Polygon blockchain and is published by Go! Labs. Launched in June 2022, the Go! Project is a platform dedicated to health and well-being, supported by Animoca and Polygon.
Go! users can sync their wallets and fitness trackers to join a “Bronze Guild” and start earning health-oriented rewards based on their activity.
The Go!Bot token is described as a “health NFT” that develops its characteristics based on the holder’s activity level and provides additional resources, among other benefits touted by Go!, the project’s gamification outline includes access to telemedicine and mental health services, reimbursement for healthy food purchases, health coaching, life insurance, and more.
JOMO Effect
Launched in May 2023 to mark Mental Health Awareness Month and embrace the “joy of missing out,” JOMO Effect was launched on the Polygon blockchain by actor and TV personality Shira Lazar.
The NFT’s digital art was created by over 40 creators and minted as an open version that will last just 24 hours, with a 3-hour early access period for participants of the “Joy List” (an alternative to the traditional permission list for the collection).
The stated goal of the collection is to "enhance the mental health of creators, collectors, and the community," and they donate all profits from the mint to mental health nonprofits, including the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
The collectors also received various benefits, including attending a course titled “Soul of Leadership” by Deepak Chopra and a meditation course produced by Lazar’s wellness platform Peace Inside Live.
STEPN
Launched on the Ethereum blockchain in July 2022, STEPN is a lifestyle app that rewards users for walking, jogging, and running, with the goal of promoting fitness and well-being for millions of people.
To participate and earn step tokens, users need to collect a STEPN Sneaker NFT, which has different properties and can be upgraded and customized by burning tokens.
STEPN has an app on both iOS and Android, and its users have reportedly logged hundreds of millions of miles through the app, which allows users to mint Sneaker NFTs and collect the game’s on-chain utility tokens.
There is also a governance token that enables its holders to vote on issues such as how much of STEPN’s profits will be donated to carbon neutral causes.
