According to three people familiar with the matter, the newly established Digital Asset Subcommittee of the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Committee will hold its first hearing on cryptocurrency regulation on March 9. While the subcommittee has not yet finalized its list of witnesses, the hearing will weigh recent actions taken by financial regulators against crypto companies.
