Dubai-based venture capital firm Cypher Capital is seeking $100 million in funding. Last September, Bill Qian, the former head of Binance Labs, joined Cypher Capital as chairman, responsible for the management and operations of Cypher Capital.
In March 2022, Cypher Capital launched a US$100 million blockchain fund to invest in blockchain, cryptocurrency and other digital asset projects. (Bloomberg)
